Shipping Info: We can't ship out of the US for the time being!
Return Policy: since all of our tapes are hand dubbed in real time they might be a slip up like a missing 'b side' or a missing 'a side' or a blank tape. if this is the case, please email us and we will have you send it back and give you a refund or send you a new tape (if the tape is just blank, we'll dub it for you) and we'll throw in some free goodies.

if you get a cd and it isn't reading on your computer, stereo, etc. please try to troubleshoot it before contacting about returning. we're very diy and almost all of our cds are burned in real time on one computer and we may accidentally send out a blank one. if this happens, we will refund you or send you a new copy.

if you get a vinyl record and it doesn't play, please look at your turntable first and test your needle. if your turntable is fine and you're sure it's the record, feel free to send it back and we will refund you or send you a new copy. if you buy a lathe cut, please keep in mind that they're pressed on plastic, so they won't sound as good as wax vinyl.
